1 Roommate is moving out so I’m looking to find a new person to replace his place in the lease. A little about me, I am Isai, a 30 year old full time electrical engineer, and just recently started my masters (MSEE) at SDSU. I am clean, quiet, nice and respectful of others. I appreciate the same back and try to help others and be understanding when I can. I am a car guy, and enjoy going to the gym when I can. I don’t smoke or drink and am looking for people in similar places.

Edward: Working at a hospital, very chill and respectful guy, a working professional who is mindful of others around him and is responsible. He’s been here for 3 years.

Jacob: Currently an Airline pilot student, also very chill, respectful, and focused on his school and future. Very responsible, never had any issues with him either. He has lived here for 1.5 years.

Both have been great roommates to me, if you’re interested in a place to live that will not add extra meaningless stress to your daily, this is the place.
