3 bed, 2 bath duplex in Cottonwood Heights. Fenced in back yard, 1.6 miles from BCC, 3 miles from LCC, & walking distance to Smith’s. Swamp cooler that has so far kept the living room temp around 72 degrees at the center warmest. No washer/dryer currently but has hookups so I’ll be getting those hopefully this weekend. You can have the garage parking if you want it, I’m only parking there because there’s no one else to claim it.

Chill 30 year old male with a 7 year old dog that virtually everyone loves. I am the only tenant here currently, started renting in early June & just got too busy to sort out the roommate situation until now. Rent is $2000/mo so I’m asking for an even split. I have one large master bedroom upstairs, you would have the downstairs with 2 bedrooms + your own living room & bathroom. Only caveat is that I’d like the extra bedroom to still be usable for occasional company (for which I’d provide the furnishings), but otherwise your’s with first rights if our needs were to overlap.

The house is currently unfurnished except for my room & the kitchen, as I just moved out of a single bedroom rental in a furnished house. I’ll be getting some furniture for the upstairs living room soon, but I don’t anticipate spending a lot of time in there, mostly just hang out in my room.

Looking for a responsible adult with a stable job, but also preferably 420 friendly (I have a medical card) & mandatorily dog friendly. The landlord wrote into the lease that only 1 pet is allowed, but may be willing to allow another with a deposit ($500). I don’t really care what you do with your free time otherwise, so long as you aren’t a heavy partier & are generally socially functional. Common interests (MTB, camping, snowboarding, dirt biking, etc) would be cool but definitely not required. Don’t care about gender identity, all good people are welcome.
