I’m looking for a female that is the right fit! $350 deposit and $40 app fee (will run credit/background). 6 month lease. Then we can decide to renew or not. $735 approx 14x16 large room for rent w/ full bathroom attached to room and private closet upstairs. Move in Ready for move in!

Rent includes: Room Private closet Electric (split overage of $200 per month) Water Gas (split overage amount of $60 & charge extra if use of hot tub) Yard service Wireless WiFi Use of washer, dryer and private swimming pool in backyard

Household duties: Clean after yourself (your bathroom, dishes etc) Everyone will help clean pool and take out trash etc. Sorry, no kids or pets. Looking for someone whom kind of keeps to themselves and works outside the house. Sorry, no sleepovers or couples. JUST one female per room. No smoking in house.
