Jeremy's room

One large, unfurnished room is available in our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, shared with two chill housemates. We’re just moving in, so no pics of the place furnished yet. The room is available for move-in July 3rd.

Our house is located at the center of the Sunset. The room is around 12’ x 14’, has two large closets, a north and an east facing window, original hardwood floors, and is all around lovely. The building gets excellent natural light and has all the standard amenities. It has a charming, quality 50’s retro interior with hardwood floors throughout, original molding, skylights, a charismatic pink bathroom, laundry, dishwasher, two fireplaces, two extra fridges, garage with shop, storage space, back yard, view of the ocean, goodness, etc. If you have a car, depending on its size, there might be off-street parking as well, but there is plenty of street parking. There’s also a fancy, custom camper van that we’re finishing up that will be stationed on the back parking pad and will function as a little rear bungalow! The house is in a great location; on a quiet street, about a mile from both the beach and Golden Gate Park, close to neighborhood parks, transit and shopping on Taraval, West Portal, and 19th Ave, and is conveniently located for enjoying all the good stuff SF and the Bay offers.

We’re relaxed, respectful housemates. Into art, architecture, bikes, exploring the city, lots of outdoor activities. It’s simple, easy living here.

Looking for one person to share the house with. Month-to-month, utilities split. Hoping for someone who’ll want to stay for a while, but we’re flexible.
