About the room
Quiet and safe suburban neighborhood. Updated and clean house. The floorplan is small and Iām still working on acquiring furniture for the house. The bathroom is unfortunately shared, but I do a good job of keeping it clean (and expect the same). The room is Semi-furnished with a bed, and some art (looking to buy a dresser/TV/end tables for that room with time).
About the roomies
Iām a 27y/o male and I work in finance for a tech company (I work from home). Iām very clean and organized. I try to workout when I can, I like to cook (kinda), and during my free time I like going to the beach/boat/being outside. Oh, and I have a doge (shiba) that lives here part time.
