You would have a 14X12 room and the main full bathroom, both private to you only. Be sharing house with one other person (me). You would have full access to all of the main areas of the house, including a fully equipped kitchen and a backyard with full privacy fence. Also has a bbq and griddle shelter. You would have a parking space in the driveway. Very quiet home and neighborhood. Very safe also. No overnight guests. Need a full-time job, not a at home job.

I’m a 56 year old single male, with a 9 year old dog Saint Bernard that slobbers, lol. I’m not a clean freak. But house is clean. I never have someone visit. I like drama free, I don’t party, I drink some. I 420. Weekends I’m usually in and out thru out the day. Or doing something around the house. No other people live here. I own the house, so not selling soon. I am between jobs right now and looking for a roomie.
