Looking for a YALE STUDENT/recent grad/ extremely reliable young professional to live with me as my roommate for a year starting Sept in the most special apartment in the entire universe. Only $1000 TOTAL includes utilites and internet to live in one of 2 bedrooms in a GIANT very sunny very very quiet quiet quiet apartment RIGHT off Wooster Square. Reliable cool neighbors. VERY SAFE Neighborhood!

I turned the living room into a BIG bedroom and that would be yours, as well as the bathroom, which is RIGHT off the bedroom. I will use your bathroom when i’m home! you can use my furniture or bring your own. Bed is mine!

The kitchen separates your space from mine, as you’ll see in other pics. I will be populating the 2 “bedrooms” off the side ( See pink room)

About me and this cool situation:

I am a multifaceted problem solver/educator in the theatre and film communites. I absolutely love this apartment and take VERY good care of it. I am in and out of town A LOT. I MUST share the space with a trustworthy, conscious, thoughtful young person to share this FABULOUS spot with me and water my plants and take good care of the space and the neighbors with me.

I am queer, use medical marijuana, I’m an ally, transparent, and i keep things VERY low key.

You can absolutely be partnered and have them over too, just be a great responsible communicator.
