I recently visited this property and it is beautiful! It caters to wake forest hospital personnel , students, and professionals. The area is meticulously maintained and in a gated community. The security is top notch and the area is quiet and right down the street from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The gym, recreational room, and pool are included. I was able to meet the maintenance person and security and they seem friendly. Along with that a tenant I had a conversed with spoke highly of the property and people.

I would be the only other tenant living in the property. I love to cook and I enjoy a clean living space. I don’t have pets and will be quiet due to me being in school and work full time.
