Hello! It’s currently 2 guys living in a 3 bed & 2.5 bath townhouse in North Seattle and we are looking for a 3rd roommate in the master bedroom. Room comes furnished with a memory foam mattress, bed frame, and a glass top work office desk if desired.

High-speed internet (remote work), spacious living room, parking available, in unit washer & dryer, heating, garage, electric fireplace, dishwasher, sink disposal, marble countertops, kitchen bar-top.

Credit and background checks will be conducted. Combined monthly income of 3 times the rent is required.
