Private room and bathroom located right by UCCS. Both the bedroom and bathroom have been remodeled. The bedroom is 12x8 with a 3x5 closet. It’s also worth noting the bathroom has laundry in it. The room can be furnished or not, if you have you’re own furniture I can donate what I already have in there.

I’m a working professional who will be gone most days from 8-5. I have a dog, Koda who is extremely friendly and well mannered. I purchased this property last year and am excited to get a roommate!
