About the room
Rent is dependent on #of occupants even split for rent and all utilities by every able bodied person in the house( hopefully no more than 3, myself included). Not a bad joint, but not glamorous either. The worst of it is sharing a bathroom. Currently the total rent is $1000 pets are on a case by case basis.
