Upgraded appliances, large living room and patio (patio backs up onto lake so there’s a grassy area directly off of patio). Lots of natural light. Carpet in bedrooms, vinyl hardwood everywhere else. Living, kitchen, dining, patio, pantry shared. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix named Kona! He is very sweet and cuddly, and once the initial excitement of meeting new people wears off, he is a fairly calm pupper. The complex is very friendly and for the most part quiet. We are close to a lot of things here (Chandler mall is less than 10 minutes away), as is Costco and Target, along with a handful of grocery stores and gas stations. There’s a casino close by if that’s something you’re interested in! There’s several restaurants close by, along with canals and trails that are great for running or biking.

I am a former student athlete from ASU who now enjoys a balance of an active lifestyle and relaxing at home. I am usually quiet initially, but open up more as time goes on! I love discovering new places with my friends, spending time at home with my dog, and working out. I would love to be just roommates or be friends; either way!
