Cassidy's room

The room is a “mother in laws suite” or like a large studio style and this is the only room upstairs so very private. It has a large master closet, large master bathroom (separate tub and shower), private balcony. We can furnish or you can (pictures ar not of the furniture we can furnish with). There is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. You are welcome to use the main kitchen downstairs and the washer/dryer downstairs. There is plenty of street parking. The property is 1 mile away from tramway bike trail and close to hiking and the highway. Very safe neighborhood and established community. We can do short term leases as short as 3 months.

I am Cassidy and I’m a teacher. My boyfriend Pierre also lives there and he is a mechanic. We have 2 small friendly dogs who are in our room during the day when we are at work.
