Amanda's room

Large room in Rosedale close to the Grove development. Large yard, walkable neighborhood, fully furnished home, unfurnished room. Very peaceful yet active neighborhood. Close to shoal creek and bike trails. Carport and driveway parking. Room available month to month.

I am 39 f with a 9 year old daughter. She is in school so we wake up early during the school year. I love to cook and I work primarily from home as a project manager. We eat organic, have a housekeeper once a month for deep cleaning(with natural products). Ideally looking for someone with peaceful energy to match ours.
