Scarborough location, quiet wooded street, yard, fully furnished, no bus access for 3/4 mile, small dog, cats ok. Available mid-July to Oct to share. After that rent goes up big time.

It’s just me for the summer. I’m older but way younger than my age, sane, safe, non smoker, clean, easy going and open to a lot of new experiences. I’m out a lot about 4 days a week, usually home evenings though not always. I’m friendly and enjoy sharing good food and wine, and hopefully you wouldn’t mind if I cooked us a meal or two?
