Newly built in 2022. Large bedroom to yourself upstairs along with a bonus room and extra bed room, all of which are currently unused. Bedroom has a queen bed and frame in it which is available for you if wanted but easily moved to extra bedroom. Attached double vanity full bath and large closet, additional storage is available in house. Two car garage but I park on one side and I have a full garage gym on the other, which is available to you of course. Parking available in the driveway or out front. Side of the house is fenced in with a covered patio. New washer and dryer downstairs. All utilities would be included in the $1,000 including internet, one flat bill. New construction area so expect building and construction sounds daily (it hasn’t been too bad). Close to barfield park, good location in Murfreesboro.

31yo male, I have a medium sized dog who stays here daily. House is kept clean and I hope anyone living here will help maintain that. Definitely would like to meet you and show you around before moving forward with any renting.
