Room available in Kirkwood South – just down the street from Memorial Hermann SW and convenient to San Jac’s South campus. Shopping and Restaurants close by. Easy commutes to downtown Houston, Med Center, NASA, Universities. Location: Beamer and Beltway 8.

Room is approximately 130SF with a shared bath; rent is $600/month, utilities included. Tenant has access to washer and dryer, nice kitchen, and an open floor plan with a fireplace. Fenced backyard.

No pets, no kids residing in the home, no smoking in the home.

Application required, along with Roommate Interview. Application Fee of $40, is only collected if we are a match as roommates and your application processed and background, rental history, and references are checked.

$200 deposit upon acceptance will hold the room and be applied toward the security deposit. First month’s rent is due upon move-in and will be pro-rated if move-in date is not the first day of the month. Security deposit payment plan negotiable. One-year lease, but will consider a shorter term.

Current tenants include 2 males in their 30s-50s, both Christian, non-smokers, and pretty chill, non-partier types. Room available now.
