Large private room in 3 bedroom luxury apartment with loft. Apartment is on the top floor. Pool, hot tub, multiple lounges, a/c, in-unit washer and dryer…. Couldn’t ask for a better living situation. Parking included and it’s very safe.
About the roomies
I am moving back to AZ and need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. 2 other women Currently live here. 1 is 22 and just finished school for fashion design. The other is 22 and works in in the professional soccer industry. Both have full time jobs. Currently we have no pets, but it’s up to them if you do have one. You would share a bathroom with 1 roommate but there is plenty of space for everyone. You would be officially taking over my lease so a background check and income check will be required by the apartment. In addition to the $1430 electricity and internet is separate but it is only about $50 a month all together.
