Hello and thanks for looking at my listing! This large house is on John’s Island and is quite cozy. Fresh paint and well maintained. The house is large and quiet. (5bed two bath) Brand new HVAC keeps things cool on the hottest of days.

Full kitchen. Screened front porch, fire pit in the back, large fenced back yard. All hard floors in the house, no carpets so allergies are at a minimum! Washer and dryer on site.

Designated off street parking spot and lots of room for plants (plant nerd here). Large spacious closets and built in storage everywhere. I have a floor robot which runs every morning to keep the place clean and pleasant to walk around in. High speed fiber internet (I use it for work so it’s fast) no cable tv.

***The room CAN be fully furnished, on request, with a full bedroom set, a queen size bed, nector/ghost mattress, side table, dresser with mirror, brand new 40“ tv, big closet. New towels, wash rags, pillows and bedding await. It is currently unfurnished. **

Utilities included in rent!

I am a 36 yr old single male who works from home in the tech sector of web3 and does real estate investing. I’m 6 years sober. I don’t care if you drink if you’re responsible with yourself.

I don’t party anymore. I work out regularly, eat healthy, and come from a professional cheffing background.

You should be: responsible, tidy, respectful of noise levels, and prompt with rent. (Due on the 1st. Late on the 7th, with 50$ late charge per occurrence)

There will be a 3-6 month lease into a month to month lease. This is for both of us in case of unforseen personality clash.
