Hello friends, thanks for taking a look at my listing. I have a room for rent here on Johns Island. Three month minimum stay, then month to month.

The room is downstairs and fits a queen comfortably. Private bathroom.

Fully furnished kitchen. Large fenced backyard. Off street parking. New hvac keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Utilities included. Fiber internet. Dogs considered. Non refundable pet deposit of 300$. Washer dryer on site.

I work from home and travel a lot. There are two other gentlemen who live here. One is moving out soon.

Looking for a quiet and tidy professional to join the house. We are not a party/hang out house since everyone is morning work oriented. If that’s not a fit for you please don’t apply.

Floor vac robot runs every other day. I maintain most of the common areas/house, yard. Everyone cleans up after themselves. No gross kitchen shenanigans. Private bathroom is on you to keep clean however.

I am a 38 yr old single male who works from home in the tech sector of web3 and does real estate investing. I’m 6 years sober. I don’t care if you drink if you’re responsible with yourself.

I don’t party anymore. I work out regularly, eat healthy, and come from a professional cheffing background.

You should be: responsible, tidy, respectful of noise levels, and prompt with rent. (Due on the 1st. Late on the 7th, with 50$ late charge per occurrence)

This is a be a 3-6 month lease into a month to month lease. This makes job changes and seasonal work easier.
