Currently renting a fully furnished bedroom. You will have your own restroom, parking is easily available, TV, wifi and all bills included. You can also swim in the neighborhood pool. In addition, we are working on making the garage a gym. (Treadmill and weights at the moment) I would like to apologize in advance because I am looking for someone without a pet. Unfortunately, the previous roommate with a pet did some damage, therefore I would rather not go that route again. I’m sorry
My husband and I are in our early thirties. We just moved to new Braunfels from Houston. We currently do not have any kids or pets (because we are always on the go- we love to travel)
