This is a brand new 1650 sq ft home. It has the open great room concept and 2 bath 4 bedrooms. I travel frequently so basically; you’ll have the home to yourself mostly all the time. Master Suite is available for you. Queen size hybrid mattress and bed with chair, desk, tv, night stand. Master just has walk in shower. The kitchen is quite nice with gas range and open room concept - large island to dining and living room. There’re two patios. The one out front is nice and shady with views. The one out back is sunny with a mt peekaboo view. Side yard is grassy and will be professionally maintained. The garage is ample and tidy with room for your vehicle and extra storage for possible sporting goods you may have to enjoy our area.
