Mark's room

Looking for a roommate to take a second bedroom in Timonium/cockeysville. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, washer and dryer in unit, first floor with a patio. I’m looking to renew the lease for one more year before moving again. Longer the stay, the better but not required.

It’s just me. No pets. 420 friendly. I own a business and work from home part of the day and I’m at my business throughout different parts of the day. I don’t make a lot of noise and don’t really have people over. Not opposed to people being over but not all the time. I like things to be very low-key and low stress in the home and would prefer whoever comes here to be the same.
