This house is very close to CPP, Mt Sac. It is a beautiful 3000 sq. ft. house near Grand Ave Park. Only a couple of blocks away from the Shoppes and Costco. This bedroom is down stair, about 115 sq.ft, with your own bathroom. The common area is furnished. There is a bed frame, desk and chair available. This house sits in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. There are dryer, washer, fridge and all other stuffs in the kitchen. Or you could bring your own furniture.

There are four female, students/Cal poly graduates, living in four other bedrooms. They are very respectful, quiet and clean. They don’t throw parties.
