This is a apartment is 776sqft and I consider it spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and full of young people who stay to themselves. I’m relocating because I have found a better job opportunity and I am looking for someone to reassign my lease to. The neighborhood is spacious, has 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, a dog park, and parking for residents and visitors. I have included the images located on the apartment website, but would love to provide a virtual or in-person tour to those who inquire. The only difference between the photos and apartment is that the living room is carpeted instead of wood.

There will not be a roommate, this is for lease reassignment. To reassign you will have to apply with the leasing office.
