Stephanie's room

It’s a cute house from the 1940’s located in Steven Park Village neighborhood. It is in a great location that is 7 mins away from Bishop Arts and Downtown! Large backyard with cafe lights and a fire pit. In the living room inside there is a gas fireplace that provides the perfect ambience in the winter! The entire house is furnished, and the room can come unfurnished or partially furnished (desk, chair, bookshelves). There is only one bathroom, but there has never been an issue sharing it. Utilities will range between an extra $50-100 on top of the rent.

Two girls, one 24 and the other 29. Very friendly and chill. Both work from home, but one usually goes to a local coffee shop to work. Very good vibes!
