We are offering an 9.5 ft x 9.5 ft room with ample storage and an adjacent private bathroom. The room comes with a queen-size mattress and boxspring with a foam mattress topper. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub. Our newly-built condo (completed April 2022) is the lower two floors of a four-story duplex building and this room is on the second floor, just off of the kitchen/living room. You’d have full access to our already furnished kitchen and living room, as well as WiFi access and included utilities. There is also a laundry room with both a washer and dryer on the lower floor, which is where our current office and bedroom are located, free for you to use whenever.

My boyfriend and I live together and share the lower floor of the condo. I work as a software engineer and my boyfriend is currently looking for work. We have a 2 year old well-behaved Shiba Inu named Gamja (Korean for “potato”) who is friendly and generally has the run of the house, unless you’d prefer otherwise (negotiable). We tend to stay up pretty late, but are otherwise very friendly, clean, and considerate of your needs.

On our free time we tend to play games, watch shows/anime, entertain the doge and cook meals.
