Tom's room

The room is located in a first floor apartment in a cozy house in Lawrenceville. The house is a 2 min. walk to the 606 bus which will get you downtown Princeton/Princeton University in 10 min., and about 5 min. to Rider University. Walking distance to Lawrenceville’s main strip, which has restaurants, a Starbucks, bakeries, and many other shops.

The room is very spacious and has beautiful wood floors. There are two closets with tons of storage. Pets are welcome–they can run around in the huge backyard! Shared bathroom & kitchen (with dishwasher!) as well as a small shared room that functions as a living room/dining area. Utilities (electric & internet) will be split, and usually work out to be ~$50/month/person.

Move in day can be negotiable with my current roomate if you need to get in a few weeks earlier.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Tom. I am finishing my PhD at Princeton and am usually gone 2-4 days/week–I often stay with my partner in New York. I am pretty quiet when I am home and can easily adapt to the needs of my roommate. I am not excessively clean but I like to keep the place tidy when I am around.

I have been living in this wonderful apartment for a year now but need to find a new roommate as my former roommate found a job and needs to relocate.
