Catalina Village is a secure and great place to live. I’ve never had issues with the office or the grounds, and the unit is really spacious and nice! The complex is pretty centrally located and is just a short drive to pretty much anywhere on the South side. We have in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, and in-unit A/C. You’d be taking the primary bedroom with its own full bath.

Hey! I’m Ian, I’m a 4th-year Theatre Studies major at the University of Houston! I like video games, TTRPGs, and writing. I have a male cat named Cricket who LOVES people, but he hasn’t done that great with other animals. Generally, I’m pretty introverted, so I don’t make too much noise, but I like to hang out in the common space most days, so if you ever want to chill and watch TV or anything, I wouldn’t mind the company!
