I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment right in the heart of downtown Tampa. The luxury complex is called Aurora. In my opinion the best apartment complex in the downtown area (I viewed 8 lol). Big selling points for me are the central location, onsite: gym, hot tub, sauna, swimming pool.

Rent is $1700/month each - $3400 total.

Apartment is 1200 square feet. Really good sized rooms. Large washer and dryer in unit. Fully furnished kitchen and living room (including 2 couches, large brand new tv, kitchen table).

Who am I and what am I looking for?

I’m 29 years old, English born and raised, moved to the US 5 years ago as a dual citizen. Founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency. I love being outside and active. Yoga (I go to Kodawari), Golf, Tennis & Soccer. Big fan of beaches, the riverwalk, rollerblading, biking, good restaurants, cooking, BBQing, and travel a decent amount for work. 20+ countries so far.

Looking for a roommate who is super clean and tidy (the photos of the apartment are how it looks 100% of the time, no exceptions on this one), isn’t super serious and likes to have a laugh, and is just a genuine, decent person. Loving sports, the outdoors, being active is a huge plus. Not looking for a homebody type.
