Anne's room

As of September 4th, I am looking to share my apartment- 3 BR - you will have your own bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, small desk. We have to share the bathroom. There is a large kitchen, dining room & living room. The apartment is on the 2nd and top floor of a house (thus view on trees). Parking is available in the street. 15 min walk to the train station and 5 min to a grocery.

I am in my mid-fifties, french-English speaking. I look for a neat, non-smoker and quiet person to share the place with (any age). Am also an artist painter and work in the city a couple of days a week. There are 2 other families living in the floors below in the house.
