2 minute walk to UCLA. In a safe and very nice neighborhood, right next to bel air. Ralph’s 5 minutes away and target. Lots of shopping centers and resturaunts around the neighborhood as well. 1 bed 1 bath dorm style. There is a curtain split between beds for some privacy. I VALUE CLEANLINESS! We clean every week common Areas. Really not much to clean but bathroom and kitchen, but I always spot clean as the week goes by.l and if you just clean after yourself cleaning shouldn’t be an issue. I have a small dog. I don’t mind another SMALL dog but has to be potty trained My current roommate is going off to the military so you would have to be on the lease. The deposit split is $700 and if you want parking that’s $150 but you can always just get a permit and park on the street. Utilities are very cheap around $30 split so $15 each I believe and internet is around $52 split $26 each. It’s unfurnished so you would have to get a bed. I can show you were I got my furnisher all new and very cheap if you like. This is a steal for a student or someone who just wants a safe neighborhood to walk your dog, go on runs or walks. The lease is 10months we can discuss if we want longer after the 10months, but that’s the lease right now you’d be signing on. Your in the middle of La so 15 minute to the beach and 18 minute to downtown. Message me if looking to move September 1st and sign the lease before September so we can be locked in already.
