Hi! We are looking for a student or young professional to occupy a private room in our apartment. Our current housemate will be moving out and their room is available starting at the end of August. Must be cat friendly as we have three cats in the apartment. No more pets allowed per landlord, sorry! The apartment is located on the second/third floor above a restaurant on Maine St in downtown Brunswick. Your room is on the second main floor with the shared bathroom and living room. Our bedroom is upstairs on the third floor (renovated attic).

We would like to continue splitting living expenses equally three ways - rent is $650/mo + utilities. It has never been more than $850/mo. There is laundry in-unit and plenty of off street parking.

Our ideal roommate is someone who is respectful, clean, honest, and trustworthy. Would be happy to send more photos. The apartment and room for rent is small but cozy.

Jacob and I are both in our late 20’s and are looking for a housemate with a similar lifestyle/outlook on life. I am a bike mechanic, Jacob is a custom picture framer and we like to spend time outdoors (paddling, canoeing, cycling, etc), cooking/baking and hanging out at home with our cats. We are active & busy individuals but look forward to coming home to relax and wind down.
