Greetings, my name is Amanda Gramlich. I am looking for one roommate to rent a upstairs bedroom that comes with own bathroom. You will be living with myself and 2 cats . Room can be furnished with a twin bed, if needed. Parking and utilities are included.

A refundable security deposit will be needed in advance. 6 mo minimum contract. Minimum credit score of 620. Background check required. Renter’s insurance recommended. Must be able to cover 3x amount of rent posted. No pets. Any smoking outside.
