Female only, age range: 36 to 60, the exceptions being if you’re a guy who currently serves or has served in the military, LE, EMS, Fire. If you wore/wear a uniform, you’re in. I will also accept a female roomie on a weekly basis who is in between homes or relocating for work. $200 a week. 3 weeks max when staying on a short term basis. Though retired, I do some contract work for the restaurant industry and work early morning hours. When I don’t work, I get up at 7AM, workout, then run at the beach, I hit the sack very early. If you are an insomniac or you stay up late and wander the kitchen, or go out late and come home late, don’t reply. If you get up at 5AM to take 3 hours to get ready to get to work by 8AM, also don’t reply. I need just one good woman on a normal schedule. I stress “normal” Are you the working woman who cherishes her quiet time and privacy and need to get up early for work without being bothered by an up all night roommate, this is the place for you. Work and sleep are a priority here, not parties. I want a quiet, working female roommate who will treat my place like her own place. It is completely remodeled and very clean, very quiet. I need a roommate who can respect the neighbor downstairs unlike my one recent roomie who was up all night and always dropping their phone on the floor in the middle of the night or slamming the toilet seat open and closed like a truck driver. You get the master bedroom with the private half bath and a very large walk-in closet. You get a very new full size Simmons Beautyrest bed, work desk and chest of drawers. Two Lazy Boy recliners, a 50“ Plasma TV with ROKU, cable and Amazon Prime in the Living Room. You get a pre-paid assigned, inside parking space. My place is only 2.3 miles from the beach, across the street from Publix and Legend’s Tavern & Grille. When I’m home you will eat pretty amazing meals if you choose to, as I am a top flight cook. If you’re a personable and happy woman, you will love living here. If you’re unhappy with life, please don’t reply. This is a sun and fun home, there is no talk of politics or ranker, no cable TV news on with endless yelling. I will video meet with you on Zoom, Gmail Meeting or Whatsapp, and you are always welcome to visit by appointment and see the place. Month to month, week to week, you do not need to commit to any set term if you prefer not to. My place is perfect for someone relocating or needing a short stay till they close on a new home or for just a short stay in sunny South FL. The electric bill is sky high for 2 people, be respectful and don’t leave the fridge open like a barn door every time you use it. The A/C never runs super cold, if you like Alaska, this is not the place for you. Your cat and or dog is welcome here bcz I can add either to my ESA status, if there is any fee, you pay it. After 21 days which is a good amount of time to decide if you want to stay, you will mostly likely have to fill out a condo association application to stay longer. It is $150, I pay half, only if you’re approved.

I own this apartment, I have a serious financial vested interest to keep it in perfect condition. I was attached to Naval Special Warfare during Operation Enduring Freedom and the recipient of The Presidential Gold Service Award in 2009. I have military and law enforcement references on request. I scuba dive, hang glide, sky dive, and spend all my free time on or near the beach. I’m one of those dead serious types, I don’t like loud obnoxious people. I don’t like jokers or endless talkers. I’m not curious about anyone or anything. I am McGyver as well. I like animals more than people. I am currently working on moving back to The Philippines and a registered Air Force Civilian Service Worker at two SE Asian Air Bases. I am a cancer survivor as well.
