Room available in a 2b/1b apartment near Uptown Minneapolis (Listing says East Franklin, is actually West Franklin). Rent is $1200/month split 2 ways. Water is included, gas/electric and internet are separate.
The building has laundry and central heating, a prompt maintenance team, and is pet-friendly. The apartment has in-unit A/C and high-speed internet capability. Off-street parking in the back of the building with easy access through the sliding glass door in the living room. There is also a bus station in front of the building.
The neighborhood is safe with quick access to a hospital clinic and grocery store. Within walking distance is the Walker Art Center, Loring Park, the MIA, and Lyn-Lake.
About the roomies
Im a big bisexual nerd! I enjoy Tv, writing, drawing, video games and DnD. I’m a decent cook and am always happy to make extra! I also have a cat who is very shy but really sweet and playful when she warms up to you.
I’m a pretty easy going roommate. I work Monday-Friday and I’m gone from 7:30 to about 5:15 those days. When I’m at home, I am typically cleaning, cooking, or chilling in my room.
No real preference about who you are, but if you are LGBTQ+ or an artist/work in a creative field, we’ll probably get along really well.
