Room for rent in spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bath home in Carson! Rent is $850 and includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, wifi) + a one time security deposit of $850. Lease term is for 1 year minimum, must have been at current employment for at least 6 months, with verifiable income.

ABOUT THE PLACE: Upon walking in, you’re greeted by a very large, open-plan common area that includes a living room, dining area and kitchen. The common areas are furnished, but there is plenty of room to accommodate anything you might want to bring with you.

The kitchen is fairly big and features plenty of counter space, a gas range stovetop and oven, microwave, and dishwasher and disposal to make clean up a breeze. Speaking of cleaning up, the shared bathroom has a step-in shower/bathtub with excellent water pressure. You will be sharing this bathroom with two of the four current roommates.

This home also has plenty of closets for storage, and you will have your own space in the garage for larger items you’d like to store. The garage is where the washer and dryer live, as well as a second fridge for extra food space. We also have a backyard with a small fire pit, grill and some patio furniture for you to enjoy as well.

Your room is large enough to fit a big bed and whatever furniture you bring with you, plus a big closet. The whole home has central air to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Our driveway can comfortably fit 3 cars and there is also plenty of on street parking. The neighborhood is safe and quiet as the home is located on a cul-de-sac, but we are close to many grocery stores, mini-marts, and it’s just a short drive to the 110 and 405 freeways.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: You’ll be sharing this space with 4 roommates, a woman and three men, who are all in their late 20’s/early 30’s. There are 3 dogs, 2 huskies and a pug who also live here as well! While the dogs are super friendly, they are kept separate from the common areas and have their own fenced off space in the backyard. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional animals at this time.

We like to keep the common areas tidy but are far from neat freaks. We usually all quiet down and go to bed at reasonable hours unless there’s a party, and trust us, we know how to throw a good one!

All of the roommates are employed and work very different hours. It’s rare that everyone is home at the same time, but when it’s a full house we enjoy making family dinners, hanging out and watching movies together, with the occasional get-together with friends every once in a while.

ABOUT YOU: We have all lived together for a over year now and have gotten comfortable in our home. We are looking for someone that meshes well with the laidback, friendly environment through mutual respect and good humor.

Ideally, you are someone around our age that we can get along with. This is a great opportunity to live in an easygoing, drama-free house with individuals that have many hobbies and interests.
