I am self employed and originally from NYC. I am a recently separated so me and my two small dogs are the only occupants. I am Cannabis friendly, and you can expect full privacy as my bedroom is located on the third floor. Tenants will have an optional private entrance with access to the second floor kitchen. I am very tidy, and prefer a roommate with regular cleaning habits, a non-tobacco smoker, and one person only.
