2nd bedroom in apartment available for short term. Small bathroom in the bedroom, large walk in closet. Share kitchen and living area with other roommate.
Nice pool area with grills, fireplace. Hot tub and workout area.
Park for walking behind the complex, walk to mall, target and sprouts. Close to hwy 470. The caveat with the room is that I will come in every so often after traveling and crash in the pull out couch in the living area and the person that takes the room will need to take care of my cats for me. But i will take off $200 off the rent and the rent includes all utilities and wifi.
I start traveling in September/ October and and am still under lease.

I’m in my 40’s, single, cat mom, adventure and pretty relaxed and chill. No parties, just relax at home, cook and watch movies and shows. The other roommate is also a single female, relaxed and quiet.
