** 4 bedroom 3 bath house on East Side. It’s myself, one roommate (29 male) in master bathroom, and searching for roommate for second bedroom with own full bathroom. 2 large dogs as well.

** Available: 1 bedroom faces backyard + bathroom (tub) + hallway storage closet

Included in Rent: water, electric, trash, wifi, parking (driveway), lawn care, kitchen items Note: My partner and I go back and forth between houses too if that matters.

Responsible for shared ownership in the house in terms of maintaining on time financial commitment for the rent and managing conflict in a well-intended manner. Follows basic community agreements that the roommates set. Actively contributes to collective cleaning and care of the house. The house can get dirty with so much foot traffic, especially with the dogs, currently I sweep and mop throughout the week. COVID responsible as I am immunocompromised.

Chill at home lifestyle Because I work from home, the house does need to be generally quiet while I’m working. I’m open to friends and family coming through on occasion but want to be mindful of peoples’ space and not have a crowded house. Also cuz I’m an introvert who appreciates quiet, cozy home vibes.
