AVAILABLE December 15th! My boyfriend and I live in Denver, CO in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. He owns the home and we have a room available for rent. You would have a private bathroom across the hall. There is plenty of space, and always parking available directly in front of the house. Rent is $900 and then all utilities would be split evenly 3 ways. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown. A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking for someone interested in atleast a 12 month lease. Washer/dryer are in the home. The house has a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood has 25+ miles of biking/walking trails. It is a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, disc golf, community pool, tennis courts, several playgrounds, and more! All within a 10 minute walk.

We have been together for 5 years. He owns a marketing company. I am a Vet Tech. We have a 14 year old yorkie named Max. I am a Vegetarian. We love to hike, camp, go to music festivals, have board game nights, horror movies, disc golf, golf, movie nights on the projector, etc. Please feel free to ask anything!
