Unfurnished room AVAILABLE August 1st in Denver’s GVR neighborhood! No security deposit. Rent is $900, and water/energy/gas/trash/internet would be $150 a month. If you are bringing a dog, there would be a $50 fee each month. The house has a fenced in backyard. My boyfriend and I live in Denver in the GVR neighborhood. He owns the home. I’m looking for a female roommate. You would have a private bathroom across the hall. There is plenty of space and parking available directly in front of the house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown. A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking for someone interested in a 12 month lease. Washer/dryer are in the home. The neighborhood has 25+ miles of biking/walking trails. It is less than a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks with a dog park, basketball courts, baseball fields, disc golf, community pool, tennis courts, and more! (Photos are from previous owners. We are in our 30s and have been together for 7 years. He owns a marketing company. I am a Vet Tech. We love to hiking, disc golfing, golfing, going to shows and adventuring. But also enjoy our downtime with watching movies, having board game nights, etc. Please feel free to ask anything!
