Hi, My name is Dan and I’m seeking a housemate for our duplex in south Minneapolis. The property is well maintained and the location is very convenient for accessing all that Minneapolis has to offer! The photos on this listing are of the upstairs unit - we don’t have current photos of the downstairs but it’s a similar layout and finish. Its is currently lightly furnished.

As the landlords we cover water, sewer, and trash. Tenant gas and electric are metered separately.

My wife and I live upstairsand rent the downstairs unit. The apartment already has one tenant, who is a kind and respectful male in his mid-30’s. He has one (senior) cat, so any additional pets would need to be compatible.
