About the room
The room has a large closet and a private bathroom. The bathroom is remodeled. It is conveniently located close to transportation, restaurants, shopping markets, banks, and Gulfstream Park. The property is near the beach, under 5 minutes away.
The room includes furniture. It is spacious with a small space for a desk. The floors are tiled.
Laundry is available in the building. You also have plenty of parking space.
The condominium allows long-term leases only.
The building (where the room is) requires Board approval, which takes up to 30 days to clear. That’s what they say but I’ve seen is done in a week. Unfortunately I can not predict accurately so please plan accordingly.
About the roomies
I am quiet, clean, and respectful. There is only one person living on the property. Females only, please.
