This furnished room is in a very quiet home, in a great neighborhood. The AC works GREAT too!! This is a large sized home with the highest speed internet available to each room of the house! Great house, great location, on a bus route, parking available, There is the option of having a big screen TV available in your room along with lots of storage and a good sized closet. Each room has window blinds as well as blackout curtains in case you work the 3rd shift and need to sleep during the day. This location would be awesome for Boeing shift workers or any other employees from companies that run 24/7 as this home is in a very quiet area.

As you will see in the photos there are three bedrooms that are rented. And the rents range from $1200. to $1500. per month.

We are all hardworking individuals that do our best to succeed in life. This rental would be ideal for a busy individual that works hard but wants to come home to a quiet safe and comfortable environment.

Background checks will be required as well as previous landlord referrals. We all do our share to pick up after ourselves in order to benefit the others living in this home so it would be best if you could assist in cleaning up after yourself! Wink, wink!!

Also DISCOUNTS on your monthly rental amount are available in exchange for taking on certain jobs/responsibilities in the care of the house that month. The discounts are anywhere from $50.-350. each month.

And yes there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a piano and guitar available, a large kitchen and fenced backyard.

If you would prefer a different set up for your room this can also be arranged with enough notice given!
