About the roomies
You will live alone in the apartment for the time you are here. The building is very quite and there are no parties or so in the building. As the appartemnt is in the middle of soho you have a backround noise when the window is open, but if closed its actually pretty quite, as the appartments window side is to the back of the house, and not on the street!
Other people in the buildung are very friendly and the owner also lives in the buildung for 30+ Years and is really kind.
