I am renting a fully remodeled home, all appliances are new, walls fresh painted, new floors and there is an extra room for rent. You will have your own restroom. New deck on spacious backyard too. Please get verified and share it with me so we can move forward with the rent process.

I am a female professional work from 7 to 5pm everyday, have a small chihuahua dog, I am friendly, I like to cook, but if I am to busy I just eat out. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, exercise, read or socializing and go for a walk with my dog. I am requesting that a potential roomie get her background check done for security reasons.
