About the room

Spare room available in my Downtown Dover apartment. Plenty of space for two people and lots of storage! Two finished floors + attic + basement. Washer and dryer in basement. Large kitchen. 1 bathroom. No pets allowed. On very positive terms with the landlord (he wants to keep me here and always responds to our needs promptly).
