Geoff's room

Looking for a male roommate in their 20’s. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. The property is in a new neighborhood with other space industry folks and it is about halfway built with more than 50 homes completed and more homes on the way (even though Google Maps still thinks it’s a bunch of trees). It is 15 mins to Cape Canaveral and 10 mins from Cocoa Village. Will be starting out with a 3-month lease with options to extend lease duration after the 3 months are up.

I am an engineer in the space industry and enjoy a bunch of different hobbies, including tennis, golf, reading, and trail riding with my mountain bike.
