Apartment is the entire basement of a large house, all common areas are fully furnished. All utilities are included in the rent except internet which is only $20 per person a month. There’s no laundry on-site but the laundromat is less than a block away. Bathroom has shower and closet built-ins for extra clothing storage for you. The room is big roughly 14x12 and has a small closet. Two parking spots are included. You’re welcome to hang out on the front porch or in the backyard. There’s also a vegetable garden you’ll have full access to. The apartment is cute-ish but definitely a basement. That being said for what the rent is it’s a great deal, it’s so close to everything. I do have three cats and a dog. I’m open to other pets as long as they’re friendly.

I’m thirty-two and work full time (830-5) weekdays at a local independent thrift store. I’m kind of a homebody when I’m not working. I don’t mind some noise as long as it’s not super late on weeknights. I keep things pretty clean but far from sterile. I like playing my Switch, reading, gardening, going out on the weekend. I’m moving to Seattle in January so you would have the option to either rent the whole place or have someone else move in. I’d leave most of the common area furniture for free if you wanted it. Cannabis friendly and outdoor cigarette smoking is okay.
