I have a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Koreatown near California Marketplace. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of each other, and each bedroom comes with an in-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and 1 parking spot (non-tandem). The unit is located on the 2nd floor with a small balcony. There are 2 community laundry rooms (total of 9 washers and 9 dryers) and a small gym in the complex. I also have 1 small cat.

The common areas (living, dining, kitchen) are furnished, and the available 1 bedroom/1 bathroom will be unfurnished.

The rental rate will be $2,125.00/month, which will be split between us. Utilities (internet and DWP) is about $100/month. This comes out to about $1,200.00/month for each tenant.

The lease renewal will start on September 1, 2022, but ideally would like to sign the lease agreement prior to August 1, 2022.

Please be advised the apartment management will have you complete an application, pay an application fee, submit a copy of a valid form of ID, proof of income, and proof of renters insurance. A separate roommate agreement will also need to be signed prior to move-in.
