The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main level is hardwood floors and the basement and upstairs are carpeted. The basement is finished except the laundry room. There is plenty of storage space in the basement. There is a one car garage as well as an uncovered car port. The unit also has a patio out back.

The unit has all the usual appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit.

The complex has a pool and a clubhouse. The complex is located adjacent to a bus stop and has easy access to downtown. It is also a 10 minute walk to several parks and the cherry creek bike path. There is plenty of shopping and dining options plus grocery stores within a 10 minute drive.

The room is available now and we hope to fill it by January 1, 2023. The room is in the basement and is very spacious. Our landlord is great! Her and her family live in Hawaii and are pretty hands off unless we need their support. They do have a pet policy, unless you have a service animal, where pets need to be under 20 pounds. Both of our guides are okay with cats. There is a pet fee which we can talk to the landlord about.

About Esha: Esha graduated from the University of Denver in June 2021 and received their masters in social work with a certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work. They currently work as a Program Therapist at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in Lowry. They love their work as a therapist and is working on obtaining their clinical hours so that they can become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW. Their passion is working with survivors of complex trauma and dissociative disorders. They is a mental health advocate and also is huge into disability rights. They is blind and have the most adorable guide dog named Dragon who loves to cuddle! Other things they is very passionate about adaptive climbing and theatre. They is an ambassador for  Paradox Sports, an organization dedicated to providing people living with disabilities opportunities to get involved in rock climbing and go beyond societal limiting expectations of people with disabilities. They is also an actor with Phamaly Theatre Company in Denver—a professional, disability affirming   company consisting of actors with all kinds of disabilities, ranging from physical, mental and emotional, sensory, developmental, etc. They loves being outdoors, but can also appreciate a fun and relaxing night in! About Bill: Bill works as a digital accessibility specialist for the University of Denver. He loves spending time outdoors climbing, hiking, cycling and the general Colorado outdoors stuff etc. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and playing table top games. He also has a guide dog named Nyla who is full of energy.
